Make simple Valentine’s Day cards Pop by using these easy to create pop-up elements! We show you how to make a fold-over spring and a pop-up heart to enhance your very special cards. Keep in mind that cards are great ways to send your love to someone. Decorate them as much or as little as you would like. These cards used mostly cut paper, but adding fabric, glitter and ribbon can help make your cards spectacular!
